Key Voucher Terms and Conditions
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the point of purchase.
- Redeem your voucher over the phone or at reception.
- Activities must be pre-booked via the phone or centre.
- Future bookings will be accepted, with the activity or session taking place after your vouchers have expired providing it is booked prior to the expiry.
- Ice Factor will not be responsible for any loss of or damage to gift vouchers.
- Should you be unable to use your voucher due to extenuating circumstances or wish to extend your voucher please contact our team prior to it expiring (admin fee may apply).
- All voucher sales are final.
- One hour duration.
Delivery
- Vouchers will be processed and dispatched using Royal Mail 1st Class within 3 working days of payment being made. PLEASE NOTE: this will now be completed on reopening.
- We deliver to the UK only.
