We’d like to take the opportunity to thank all of our loyal customers for their patience and understanding during this uncertain time. From the 9th of October, we are officially open and are delighted to welcome you all back. Nonetheless, the safety of our team, our visitors and our community will be our first priority and so we ask you to join us in additional measures to keep our centre Covid safe.
There will be changes and there will be new procedures but, we hope that you can join us in rolling with the new normal for as long as we need to get through this pandemic together.
We are very excited to welcome you back and hope you are just as excited to join us for some long-awaited fun.
Below is some guidance on what to do in different circumstances which we hope you’ll find helpful.
- Please only send one email with your query. This is to keep volumes down and make it quicker to respond to everyone. If you have emailed or left a voicemail, our team will respond to you but please give them time to do so.
- Be kind to our team, part of their job is to ensure the new procedures are followed by everyone. This is to ensure the safety of the team, other visitors and the loved ones they return home to after their time with us. It’s also non-negotiable.
What happened to my booking that was scheduled after Ice Factor closed?
Our team will be in contact when they return to move your booking, we don’t want you to miss out on your activity!
What happens to my membership?
Don’t worry we will be extending your membership for you to ensure you get your full years validity. We don’t want you to miss out. You don’t need to do anything else, just resume visiting us as normal and our team will do the rest.
If you have a pay monthly membership?
We will ensure you don’t miss out on the months you have missed on your paid membership. Our team will do this automatically and can update you on your next visit.
Will my Gift Voucher that I purchased before lockdown still be honoured?
Your voucher will be extended automatically by the time we have been closed for, so don’t worry, you don’t need to do anything other than choosing your activity and book with us!
Is the Cafe and Chillers open?
Our cafe is open until 6pm however Chillers will remain closed in line with the latest government guidelines.
